We’re looking for a highly strategic Senior Principal Program Manager to join the GTM Excellence team within Reddit’s GTM Strategy & Operations organization. In this heavily executive-facing role, you will operate as a Business Transformation Manager leading large-scale strategic initiatives—specifically owning end-to-end processes, transforming our methodologies, and evolving our systems, data, and products. The ideal candidate brings immense executive presence, strong judgment, and a deep background in digital media forecasting to build the systems and processes that maximize customer-facing time and create a seamless experience for Reddit advertisers.
