Role Summary The Manufacturing Technician supports day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production execution in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on executing production plans, monitoring process performance, supporting equipment and material readiness, and escalating issues that impact safety, quality, delivery and cost. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, and cross-functional partners, the Manufacturing Technician plays a critical role in achieving production targets, maintaining operational discipline, and driving continuous improvement at the shop-floor level. Key Responsibilities 1) Safety & Quality Compliance Adhere strictly to safety policies, quality systems, and cleanroom protocols. Perform work area inspections and follow safe work practices to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure products are handled, processed, and documented in compliance with quality and 6S requirements. Job Summary The Quality Technician Specialist is responsible for leading daily quality inspection operations and ensuring product quality, compliance, and operational excellence across MSB QE Operations. This role serves as a technical expert and shift leader, driving quality execution, operational coordination, troubleshooting, training, process improvement, and collaborator alignment to support manufacturing quality and shipment readiness. Key Responsibilities Quality Operations Execution Lead and perform quality inspections in accordance with established procedures, sampling plans, control plans, and quality specifications. Ensure inspection activities are accomplished accurately, consistently, and within required turnaround times. Support disposition and containment activities for non-conforming materials, products, and quality excursions. Monitor daily inspection performance, quality benchmarks, and operational priorities to ensure business continuity and ongoing operational efficiency. The TSE Technician – HBM Probe supports Test Solutions Engineering (TSE) activities for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products at wafer probe. The role executes operational, data, and system‑level tasks that enable efficient HBM probe evaluations, production releases, and yield/debug activities , working closely with TSE engineers across NPI and high‑volume manufacturing phases. This position is critical in supporting fast‑paced HBM development cycles where tight execution, data discipline, and cross‑functional coordination are essential. Key Responsibilities Support HBM probe activities by executing requests from TSE engineers, including: Evaluation and production lot assignment, tracking, and coordination Lot handling, status monitoring, and execution follow‑up Attribute tagging, traveler setup, and hold / release execution Support experiments and investigations related to: Yield improvement Test time optimization Test errors and probe‑related issues Perform data mining and generate reports with basic analysis to support: Engineering debug and root‑cause investigations NPI learning cycles and ramp readiness Production

Job Responsibilities Performs electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts. Rebuilds manufacturing equipment as required. May perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers. Knowledge of AI tools and application. Leveraging AI proficiency or AI‑enabled ways of working where applicable. Job Requirements Diploma in Engineering. Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred. Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred. Knowledge on semiconductor manufacturing process and technologies is preferred.
