They will work closely with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial functions while taking increasing ownership of core finance workstreams. What you'll do Financial Planning & Analysis Build and maintain Lab37's operating model, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plan in partnership with the Head of Finance & Strategy. Coordinate budget and forecast inputs across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial, and G&A; identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance analyses, including budget-to-actual variance analysis, cash-flow outlooks, KPI reporting, and business review materials. POSITION SUMMARY: The Medical Science Liaison – Hematological Cancer (MSL) serves as a key field-based scientific resource engaging clinicians, academic institutions, and professional organizations to support Natera’s oncology products. The MSL facilitates the exchange of scientific information, builds key relationships, and drives awareness of Natera’s evolving portfolio. PWI Print Sample Production & Customer Experience Specialist Description - The position works directly with internal and external customers to support HP PageWide Industrial (PWI) press operations, print sample production, customer demonstrations, and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for operating PWI web presses, coordinating print sample production, supporting customer engagements, and ensuring high-quality output that showcases the capabilities of HP PageWide technology. The HP Web Press is a large-scale industrial printing system requiring hands-on mechanical, electrical, and operational expertise. You will work closely with R&D engineers, operations teams, marketing stakeholders, and customers to diagnose and resolve press-related issues, support demonstrations, and deliver world-class customer experiences. As needed, you will proactively escalate and coordinate the resolution of technical and production challenges on behalf of customers.
