The Role Mach Industries is seeking a Senior Conceptual Design Engineer, Advanced Concepts to lead conceptual design of hypersonic and high-speed atmospheric vehicles from mission requirements through preliminary design. You will drive vehicle architecture recommendations, develop configuration baselines, perform first-order sizing, and guide multidisciplinary trades where aerodynamic heating, thermal protection, and propulsion integration fundamentally shape the design space. You will work closely with Aerodynamics and Aerothermal engineers, who own the detailed CFD and aerothermal analysis, and decide how their results reshape the concept. You will also define requirements and validation needs for conceptual sizing and MDAO models in partnership with the MDAO team. This is a new capability at Mach Industries; you will guide early technical direction and shape how the company approaches advanced concept development from first sketch through hardware. The Role Mach Industries is seeking a Senior Operational Performance Engineer to track vehicle performance and uncertainty from conceptual design through production and to lead the evidence strategy that closes the gaps. You will maintain the vehicle-level picture of predicted performance, measured performance, and the confidence each claim deserves. You will define the engineering questions that matter most, determine what analysis and test evidence is needed to answer them, and drive measured-data insights back into the conceptual design and MDAO tools that generate the next prediction. This is a vehicle-level engineering role. You will work across Conceptual Design, MDAO, GNC, Propulsion, Mechanical, Flight Test, and other engineering teams to track performance, identify risks, define evidence requirements, establish assessment criteria, and drive uncertainties toward closure. You will work closely with the Mass Properties and Vehicle Performance engineer, whose records and baselines feed your tracking and assessment work. The Role Mach Industries is seeking an Air Vehicle Design Engineer to shape and integrate next-generation unmanned aircraft and missile systems. You will turn mission requirements into viable vehicle configurations, own the outer mold line (OML), and create the parametric geometry that carries each concept from an initial layout toward manufacturable hardware and flight test. This role sits at the intersection of conceptual aircraft design and advanced CAD. You will perform first-order sizing, develop and compare configuration concepts, define vehicle shape and internal arrangement, and build robust CAD models that evolve as requirements and discipline inputs change. The geometry you create will be used by Aerodynamics, Propulsion, Structures, GNC, Manufacturing, and Flight Test, and you will work directly with those teams to mature it. The Role Mach Industries is seeking a New Graduate Vehicle Performance Engineer to support the analysis, design, and optimization of next-generation autonomous defense systems. Depending on your experience and interests, you may contribute to aerodynamics, aerothermal analysis, thermal systems, vehicle performance, trajectory analysis, or multidisciplinary design analysis and optimization (MDAO). You will work alongside engineers across vehicle design, propulsion, structures, GNC, systems, and test to evaluate vehicle concepts, understand key performance drivers, and guide engineering decisions.
