We operate at scale across the U.S. and Canada, managing complex builds, pacing routines, live optimizations, QA workflows, and experiment cycles that directly impact consumer growth. We work closely with U.S.-based Channel Managers, Creative, Analytics, and Martech, functioning as one integrated performance engine. About the Team The Dasher Growth Marketing team is focused on building and nurturing our Dasher base by building a relationship with our couriers and providing them with an engaging and relevant cross-channel experience. The Dasher Growth Marketing team at DoorDash is growing rapidly, and as our Mexico City Media Ops pod matures, we're adding a dedicated Associate Manager to own the quality, consistency, and coordination of our day-to-day acquisition engine. About the Role We're looking for a talented and driven Associate Manager to lead quality, coordination, and stakeholder management for our Dasher paid acquisition program across the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. You'll review and sign off on the team's campaign builds, audits, QA, testing, and reporting, while staying hands-on enough to jump into channel and media management yourself whenever a channel or media owner needs support, coverage, or a second set of eyes. You'll also be one of the main points of contact for our publisher and vendor partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Reddit) and drive cross-functional alignment across media, creative, and analytics teams.
