What You’ll Do 🚀 📍This position will be located at our Corporate Office: 2355 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85027 *** Please be advised that this is NOT a remote position. The person who fills this role will work in-office. *** A Member Care Rep I utilizes positive and professional communication and multitasking skills when receiving members’ calls, determining the nature of members’ business, providing information, and/or directing members to appropriate person or department. Provides members with account balance, activity, and history upon members' request. Performs transactions, check withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance. Assists with dividend verification, common inquiries, non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks, and statement copies. Performs loan payments, term calculations, and loan payoff information. Informs members of savings, checking, money market, share certificates, individual retirement account (IRA), and club account features and benefits. Provides documents as requested by members. Performs research to resolve escalated issues. Assists members with explanations of transactions on accounts. Sets up member access to online banking and telephone banking. Maintains knowledge of Credit Union’s field of membership. Assists members with deposit account rates, stop payment orders, check copies, overdraft

The person who fills this role will work in-office. *** This position will work in a call center environment dedicated to meeting our members' loan origination and deposit account needs. This position will respond to incoming calls, chats, online applications, or applications from our branches from members who are interested in applying for consumer loans, which includes but not limited to lines of credit, vehicle loans, credit card products, equity mortgage loans and deposit accounts (checking & savings). The position will also be responsible for making daily outbound leads calls to bring in new members and cross-sell additional products and services. This position will develop a pipeline of consumer loans and deposit accounts that they will manage through funding. Individuals in this role will partner closely with other Member Care associates, Mortgage Loan Originators and back-office support staff. Title: Outreach Executive I Company: Oak Street Health Role Description: The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives should be engaging Medicare seniors with the goal of having those individuals become patients of Oak Street Health. Outreach Executives will work very closely with their Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to help drive new patient growth locally in their assigned territory.
