Job Description The AMHS Shift Technical Engineer is responsible for maintaining and sustaining the OHT (Overhead Transport), OHS system(Overhead Shuttle), Normal Stockers, Tower Stockers, BWS (Bare Wafer Stockers), Sorters, N2 purge tools, Carriers, Carrier/Wafer Packing Tools, and ASRS.
