Responsibilities and Tasks General Expectations: Contribute to group objectives and drive projects with limited supervision. Continuously evaluate and refine approaches and goals. Implement and transfer processes across teams and sites. Ensure fracture teams apply best-known methods and correct misuse of techniques. Support tapeout teams in implementing new data preparation flows. Troubleshoot CD Metrology issues prior to OPC production handoff. Resolve integration issues using OPC procedures and identify recipe/process interactions. Responsibilities Strategize and lead productivity, yield, quality, and cost improvement engagements with global sites and the network team via plasma process optimization, new/FOAK chemistry & hardware qualification , and CIP development collaboration with dry etch suppliers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive breakthroughs in defect reduction, particle/residue control, CD uniformity, profile control, and chamber-matching across the global fleet. Develop the process and hardware CIP roadmap for Dry Etch — covering chamber parts, RF/match networks, gas delivery, ESC, endpoint, and plasma source upgrades. Drive process & hardware improvement with emphasis on safety, defect reduction, cost efficiency, throughput, quality, and sustainability across Dry Etch modules ( Conductor Etch, Dielectric Etch, Poly/Gate Etch, Metal Etch, High-Aspect-Ratio (HARC) Etch, Spacer/ALE, etc.). Alignment (MA) Engineer/Sr Engineer at Micron, you will ensure flawless operation and improvement of manufacturing tools and processes. Located in Taiwan, this role offers an outstanding chance to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your contributions will be key to achieving our world-class standards. Responsibilities: Improve tool utilization to meet outstanding (BIC) standards by accomplishing processes that eliminate low utilization tools and enable cost savings through cold/warm shutdowns. Generate globally aligned warm shutdown procedures that ensure safety and seamless recovery to production. Standardize practices and best-known methods (BKMs) across process areas by setting up global alignment teams and crafting a library of BKMs for equipment and process engineers. Align and integrate Preventive Maintenance (PM) procedures across the Micron network, ensuring accessibility and efficiency through a standardized system. Deploy and sustain SEAL system BKMs globally, ensuring critical processes are standardized and maintained. Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
