Position Overview This role focuses on using process and defect simulation methodologies to systematically identify defect root causes (true RC) and enable process window optimization . As part of the RDA / Yield Engineering organization, you will work on high-impact projects that connect process physics, simulation results, and manufacturing data to improve process capability and final product yield.
