The OneStream Architect owns the technical strategy, architecture, and governance for Topgolf’s OneStream platform. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, and Technology to deliver reliable, scalable solutions for consolidation, reconciliations, transaction matching, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and future EPM capabilities. The position is accountable for evolving OneStream from a financial close and reporting platform into an enterprise performance management capability that improves planning, scenario modeling, executive reporting, and data-driven decision making across the business. Define and maintain the overall OneStream platform architecture, including dimensional models, metadata strategy, security frameworks, workflows, reporting structures, and governance standards. Lead solution design and implementation for consolidation, account reconciliations, transaction matching, intercompany processing, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, and cash flow reporting capabilities. This role partners closely with Accounting, Financial Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, and Technology to translate business needs into reliable, scalable OneStream solutions. The position serves as the primary functional resource for business users while supporting new capabilities, process improvements, and stronger financial reporting outcomes. Support day-to-day administration of OneStream including metadata maintenance, security administration, workflow support, user provisioning, and platform monitoring and support. Develop and maintain CubeViews, QuickViews, dashboards, reports, and management reporting solutions to support Finance and Accounting users. The Accounting/Finance IT Project Manager leads delivery of financial systems initiatives across Accounting, Finance, Treasury, AP, Tax, Internal Controls, and FP&A. This role converts finance and accounting needs into requirements, project plans, and measurable outcomes, while managing scope, timeline, budget, and cross-functional coordination from initiation through go-live. Prior Accounting/Finance experience is required to evaluate process impacts, manage risk, and drive adoption across enterprise financial platforms. This role is based at Topgolf HQ in Dallas, TX, with an expectation of four days per week in the office and one day remote. Responsibilities Governance: Establish operating cadence, roadmap visibility, prioritization, decision logs, risks, and executive-ready updates for Finance/Accounting technology work. Requirements & Business Cases: Partner with functional leaders to document pain points, future-state needs, savings opportunities, and success measures before work begins.
