Overview Instacart is seeking a reliable and execution-focused On-the-Ground Specialist to support Caper Cart deployments across retail partners. This role is critical in enabling scalable, high-quality launches by providing in-store support for testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution. The On-the-Ground Specialist Specialist works closely with Implementation and Operations teams to ensure carts are fully functional, store teams are supported, and launches are set up for success. This role is designed to provide local, in-market support for deployment execution, complementing the Implementation team’s focus on site visits and training. This is a 3 month contract position. Key Responsibilities You will manage laboratory operations, oversee staffing and workflow, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service delivery and strategic development.
