Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Support children with SLCN in mainstream and, where appropriate, special schools. Act as a link therapist between schools, families, and clinical teams. Conduct both formal and informal assessments and deliver functional, tailored therapy strategies. Manage caseloads efficiently, demonstrating strong negotiation and organisational skills. Work within the Balanced System® framework across Universal, Targeted, and Specialist levels. Maintain accurate clinical records, including using EPR systems such as RIO.
