About the team As a member of the Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team, you'll be responsible for providing technical guidance to Stripe's technology partners. Our goal is to drive growth through co-solutioning, education, and enablement with our partner organization. The right candidate will be a technical liaison to the Stripe Partner Development Manager. This will involve creating technical business plans for technology partners, including identifying, incubating, and bringing to market service and solution offerings built on or with Stripe. A Partner Solutions Architect is someone who is intellectually curious, open, and entrepreneurial. What you'll do As a member of the team, PSAs build consultative relationships with executives and technical decision-makers in the customer's organization to provide business and technical thought leadership, and become a trusted advisor in solving business-critical challenges. We architect business models with them so they can drive new monetization opportunities and growth. Our team is made up of seasoned software architects and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations. You'll work closely with our field partner leaders and play a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward. You'll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to the world's largest enterprise IT organizations. We're looking for a Director, Partner Programs to own this program end to end: the tiering and benefits structure, the incentive framework, certification (including our SI Associate and SI Architect tracks), and the operational rigor that keeps thousands of partners engaged and productive. You'll report to the VP of Partner Strategic Operations and oversee all MongoDB Partner Programs globally, managing a team of Partner Program Managers.
