As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Last Mile Associate – Automotive Production to join our reconditioning facility team. This role ensures the smooth final stage of our vehicle production process, including vehicle movement, preparation for delivery, and support across production teams. You will help ensure vehicles are delivered on time and meet Clutch’s high-quality standards. What you’ll do: Coordinate the movement of vehicles within the production facility from assembly to staging areas Oversee final inspections and ensure vehicles are properly prepped for shipment, including cleaning or adjustments Perform final detailing tasks that may have been missed before customer delivery Collaborate with production and shipping teams to meet delivery schedules and customer deadlines Support other departments as needed, including Parts, Mechanics, Lot Attenda

As a PDR Technician, you’ll be responsible for repairing dents and cosmetic damage to a high retail standard while preserving the vehicle’s original factory finish. You’ll work at one indoor location with a steady, scheduled flow of vehicles, allowing you to focus on the work without the need for estimating, customer communication, invoicing, or collections. Every vehicle you work on will ultimately be delivered to a Clutch customer, making quality and attention to detail an important part of the role. What you’ll do: Repair dents to a high retail cosmetic standard using traditional rod work, glue pulling, and knockdowns Repair a variety of damage including door dings, body lines, sharp dents, and hail damage Assess incoming damage and determine whether it is suitable for PDR or should be referred to body and refinish Remove and reinstall trim, liners, and hardware to access fact

About the Role Shuttler Driver – Production (Mississauga) As part of Clutch’s Production team, the Shuttler Driver plays a key role in ensuring vehicles move efficiently through our onboarding and reconditioning process. This role supports inventory readiness by transporting vehicles safely and on time between vendors, storage locations, and Clutch facilities.
