About the role We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our growth engine. You’ll build and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging developer-focused platforms—turning paid media investment into qualified signups, pipeline, and revenue. This is a highly analytical, hands-on role with ownership spanning channel strategy, campaign execution, creative testing, landing-page experimentation, and measurement. You’ll work closely with creative, content, product marketing, sales, lifecycle, data, and engineering to improve performance at every stage of the funnel, from the first impression through downstream conversion. The ideal candidate combines strong paid media expertise with commercial judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a bias toward action. About the Role Ramp is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition on YouTube, ChatGPT, X, Rideshare, and Reddit, and to find new incremental channels.
