POSITION SUMMARY CVS Health is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer to serve as the enterprise authority for ServiceNow platform security and data protection. The Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer is accountable for establishing the security vision, governance framework, and operating standards that protect one of the organization's most critical enterprise platforms.The Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer partners across Enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Architecture, and Engineering organizations to define security strategy, evaluate platform risk, establish control requirements, and ensure alignment with regulatory and corporate security standards. This position serves as the primary decision-maker for platform security matters and provides expert guidance on emerging technologies, evolving threats, and security best practices. The Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer provides technical and strategic leadership for platform security initiatives, influences long-term security architecture, and drives continuous improvement of security capabilities across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The Lead ServiceNow Security and Data Protection Engineer also serves as the senior escalation point for complex security issues and platform risk decisions.
