About the Role We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused and data-driven Product Manager to own and scale products and experiences for Paytm’s offline merchant ecosystem. The role will be responsible for defining product strategy, identifying customer and business opportunities, building product roadmaps and driving end-to-end execution across the product lifecycle. The candidate will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Operations and other cross-functional teams to build products that improve merchant adoption, engagement, productivity and retention. The ideal candidate will combine strong product thinking with analytical ability, customer empathy and execution excellence. This is a high-ownership role that requires the ability to translate complex business problems and merchant needs into simple, scalable and impactful product solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, ideation, prioritization, development, launch and continuous iteration. Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for key merchant-facing products and journeys within the Offline Merchants / EDC ecosystem. Identify merchant pain points and business opportunities through customer research, product analytics, market insights and stakeholder inputs.
