About the role We’re hiring a Principal Product Designer to join Lending and help make a growing set of borrowing initiatives easier to understand and use. You’ll take high-stakes challenges across the member journey, and turn ambiguity into focused product decisions from early discovery through launch. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, and Content Design to translate sophisticated financial products into polished, intelligible member experiences.You’ll make complex flows feel natural through hierarchy, interaction, motion, composition, and adherence to technical and compliance standards. In this role, you can expect to Own end-to-end design across high-priority initiatives, from problem framing and early exploration through launch and iteration. About the Role We're hiring a Principal Brand Designer to own the evolution of Snorkel's brand identity. Snorkel has changed faster than its brand has. You'll close that gap: defining where the visual identity goes next, building the system that carries it, and making sure every surface, from the website to a NeurIPS booth to a benchmark leaderboard, looks like it came from the most rigorous lab in AI. This is a senior individual-contributor role with real leverage and autonomy.
