Principal Program Manager - Migrations

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. This is a hybrid role based in our Menlo Park or Bellevue office. You will split your time between working on-site with your engineering, product, and leadership partners and working remotely, giving you dedicated in-person time for planning, alignment, and the high-stakes conversations where being in the room matters. AS A STAFF TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Define and own the program strategy for AppEx's highest-impact initiatives, spanning application surfaces, developer tooling, AI-powered experiences, and the underlying platform, from initial framing through launch and adoption Lead programs that cross AppEx sub-orgs (Applications, Notebooks, Native Apps, Drivers, AIML, Developer Platform) and extend into partner organizations across Snowflake, driving alignment where no single team owns the outcome Partner with Directors, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Principal Engineers to shape multi-quarter roadmaps, make tradeoff decisions explicit, and build execution plans that hold up under real-world complexity Drive cross-org decisions on shared APIs, integration points, and developer-facing launches that touch multiple Snowflake product surfaces Diagnose systemic friction in how AppEx plans and delivers, and design the operating mechanisms,

At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential, and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology and careers to the next level. We are hiring a Senior /Technical Program Manager for our Application Experience (AppEx) organization. AppEx is the engineering org that builds the surfaces developers and data engineers love — from Streamlit and Notebooks to Native Apps, Cortex Code, Snowpark drivers, and the developer platform that ties it all together. This TPM will drive high-visibility programs that span multiple AppEx teams and define how tens of thousands of developers experience Snowflake's capabilities every day. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake's Data Engineering organization builds the platform that ingests, transforms, and stores data for modern lakehouse architectures — powering billions of queries, DML, and DDL operations with industry-leading price-performance. We lead the industry's shift to open data lakes through our work on Iceberg and Polaris, and we deliver capabilities like Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, cross-region replication, time travel, and zero-copy cloning at enterprise scale. We are investing in a new line of applied research — building toward verified data infrastructure and trustworthy data systems — that brings formal methods, automated reasoning, and modern AI techniques to bear on the hardest problems in our distributed systems and developer tooling. The goal is to improve correctness, reliability, and engineering velocity at a scale very few platforms operate at. We're hiring at both the Staff and Principal level; we'll calibrate the offer to the candidate's experience and scope of impact. What you'll do Lead research projects that apply formal methods, program analysis, automated reasoning, and AI-driven techniques (including code generation and modeling) to real problems in our cloud data platform. Translate research ideas into prototypes, then into shipped capabilities that move

Snowflake is seeking a Field Enablement Business Partner to serve as the Chief Activation Officer for both our Account Executive and Customer Experience organizations. Embedded within key field leadership teams, you operate as a strategic partner who diagnoses capability gaps tied to business outcomes, translates complex technical and product knowledge into compelling learning experiences, and designs programs that make the field more capable, whether that means closing a deal or architecting a technical solution. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and sales craft. You build hands-on labs and technical content that SEs can use the next day, and you design methodology-grounded sales training that sharpens AEs' sales skills. You are the connector between Product, Marketing, Field Engineering, and Field Sales, and the person who makes sure capability actually changes. In this role, you will Act as a strategic enablement business partner for Sales, Services Delivery, and Sales Engineering leadership alike, diagnosing skill gaps tied to business outcomes, prescribing targeted interventions, and measuring whether capability actually changed Own programs end-to-end , spanning ideation, content creation, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
