As a Principal Technical Program Manager for Practice Solutions, you will own and drive the most complex, cross-functional technical programs across the business unit, the initiatives that span multiple engineering teams and product domains and that no single team can deliver alone. Practice Solutions powers how healthcare practices run their day to day across every patient access channel: phone, web, marketplace, and partner syndication. That includes Zo, our AI phone assistant, along with our provider directory and booking platform, intake and pre-appointment workflows, calendar and scheduling experiences, and the services that keep availability accurate across channels. You'll operate at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, and go-to-market leadership to deliver scalable, highly available, multi-tenant SaaS capabilities. You'll bring structure to ambiguity, drive sequencing across teams, surface architectural and operational risk early, and keep the trains running

As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant , you will be the principal technical liaison between our product, sales, and customer success teams.
