Expectations/ Requirements: -3+ years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Training Delivery within Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Lending domains. -The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing product knowledge, sales capabilities, and process adherence through engaging learning interventions and continuous coaching initiativ
