Product Designer

We believe that the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and experiences that thousands of developers use to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo, SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Seattle, Washington D.C., Raleigh, London, and Amsterdam. Plaid's design team shapes how hundreds of millions of people connect their financial accounts to the apps they use every day, and how thousands of companies build fintech products on top of Plaid's network. Our surfaces range from embedded consumer flows to complex developer tools, and design is treated as core to the product — not a finishing layer applied at the end. Visit https://designedbyplaid.com/ to learn more about the Design team. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take real ownership of a product surface, end to end, working closely with product and engineering to shape not just how it looks but what gets built. You'll set the quality bar for your surface and take work from ambiguous problem to shipped, polished detail. We care a great deal about craft here — Plaid's products are judged directly by the people who use them, whether that's an end consumer connecting a bank account or a developer integrating our APIs, so the details are the substance, not the finish. We also work fast, and we expect the person in this role to have already made agentic development a real part of how they design and build. Responsibilities Own the design of your product surf

Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About The Role Imagine yourself in the 1970s or 80s thinking through how computing should look and feel for people who had never seen one before. That's what we're trying to do at Notion — make software that feels timeless, with the craftsmanship of German cameras, playfulness of Japanese toys, and mass appeal of Coca-Cola. We have no end of fascinating challenges that can only be solved by someone with innate product & UX sense, technical aptitude, great taste, and impeccable craft. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Design product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential. Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution. Run projects end to end with engineers to drive your vision to the ship line. Partner closely with our Customer Experience, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand

About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Consumer Verticals team explores how ChatGPT can become meaningfully more useful in important areas of people’s lives, including health, finance, and emerging agentic experiences. We work across research, engineering, product, design, and domain experts to turn increasingly capable models into intuitive, trustworthy consumer products. Our work combines the reach of ChatGPT with the depth required to serve distinct user needs responsibly. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end design of new consumer experiences across emerging verticals. You’ll explore how ChatGPT should adapt to different contexts, translate complex model capabilities into clear product interactions, and establish patterns that can scale across multiple domains. This is a highly generative, zero-to-one role. You’ll move between broad product vision and detailed interaction design, creating prototypes that help teams learn quickly and polished experiences that are ready to ship. You’ll also navigate domains where trust, accuracy, safety, and user agency are essential. This role is based in our San Francisco HQ. We offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Shape the product and design direction for purpose-built consumer experiences across areas such as health, finance, and general consumer agents. Design and ship high-quality products from early concepts and prototypes through detailed interaction design and final visual execution. Define how ChatGPT should behave in different domains while preserving a coherent, distinctly OpenAI experience. Explore new interaction models for AI systems that can understand context, support complex decisions, and take action on a user’s behalf. Partner closely with research, engineering, product management, safety, and domain experts to turn technical capabilities into useful and responsible products. Con

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. Design systems is a growing team working on products that millions of people use daily, and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet. Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity. We care deeply about the details that make something feel polished, trustworthy and human. We ship fast and learn in the open. We'd rather get something in front of users and iterate than wait for perfection. The Design Systems team exists to define and elevate the language of our UI and core interactions. Every Claude product, from claude.ai to Claude Code, shares one system, including the guidance Claude itself follows when it generates UI. You would be joining an early-stage team, working with design engineers and product designers across the company. You may be a good fit if you: Are as comfortable designing on canvas tools as you are building and prototyping within the product, and prefer to ship in days, not months. Have worked on design systems that balance simplicity with creative flair to produce beautiful products out of the box. Care about the smallest details as much as the big picture, from a pixel to how the whole app fits together. Make the people around you better through sharp, kind feedback and low ego. About the role Growth at Anthropic is about helping people discover what Claude can do and make it part of how they work, from someone's first session to an entire company rolling out Claude. We're a small design team working across all of Anthropic's products, on problems that often don't have established playbooks, because the products and the capabilities behind them change so quickly. We drive growth by making the product itself better, favoring foundational changes and new product experiences over small optimizations. Our focus spans whatever most limits Anthropic's growth, and priorities can shift quickly. As a senior Product Designer on Growth, you'll own how Claude grows with people who use it for their everyday work. You'll dig into why some people make Claude a habit and others don't, find the real bottlenecks, and lead the product changes that move them. You'll set the vision for this area, partner closely with product, engineering, and data science, and raise the quality bar for the designers around you. We're looking for designers who thrive in ambiguity and pair sharp diagnostic judgment with exceptional craft. You form a clear point of view from messy signals, prototype quickly to test it, and drive alignment across teams to ship it. You use tools like Claude Code to explore ideas and push what's possible. Key responsibilities Own growth for how people use Claude in their everyday work, end to end, as your full-time focus Diagnose what drives deep, habitual use and what blocks it, combining data, research, and hands-on time in the product Set an opinionated vision for the area and turn it into a roadmap with your PM, en
