About Okta for AI Agents Okta secures access for 20,000 organizations and billions of users. Okta for AI Agents extends that work to the agentic shift. Deploying an AI agent is not like deploying traditional software. You are putting professional work output into production, and it needs deep integration, continuous tuning, and change management. Where a Senior FDE owns the outcome inside one account, you own the patterns that every account and every FDE inherits. You take the hardest and most strategic deployments yourself, set the reference architecture the team builds from, and turn what the field learns into the direction the product takes. You still write code. You also multiply the people around you, and you are the person product and engineering leadership call when an agent identity problem has no precedent. THE ROLE Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost. That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship. You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written. ABOUT THE ROLE: Threat Disruption provides expert threat intelligence and conducts scaled operations against the adversaries attacking X. We investigate and disrupt threats across the following areas: Platform manipulation, including coordinated networks of bots attempting to pollute the information space Compromises of accounts owned by high-visibility individuals and organizations Sensitive allegations carrying reputational, legal, or geopolitical weight, including suspected foreign-linked influence campaigns Financial fraud, monetization abuse, and scam networks operating on and off X Other X Rules violations, including illegal activity and child safety We identify how adversaries circumvent our defenses, abuse product features and core services, and benefit from the abuse. Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager to support the build, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products used across Guidepoint’s expert-network operations. This role sits at the intersection of product management, product operations, workflow automation, AI adoption, and internal tools.
