About the Role We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the development of Agentic AI solutions for Paytm's UPI ecosystem. The role focuses on building intelligent, autonomous AI agents that enhance payment experiences, automate customer support, detect fraud, provide personalized financial insights, and optimize payment success rates. Key Responsibilities -Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered UPI experiences. -Build autonomous AI agents for payments, dispute resolution, customer assistance, and transaction recommendations. -Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Risk teams to deliver AI-first products. -Leverage LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation to improve user engagement and operational efficiency. -Drive experimentation using analytics, customer insights, and A/B testing. -Ensure compliance with NPCI guidelines, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
