As a Derivatives Sales Manager, UAE on the STP Derivative Sales team, you'll own Coinbase's derivatives growth across the UAE, MENA and Europe regions by building and scaling relationships with Professional Traders. This team drives revenue and market share for Coinbase Advanced's derivatives products across global markets covering Crypto Perps, Options and RWA products. You'll define and execute the regional sales strategy, lead market-entry efforts, and serve as Coinbase's senior market ambassador across one of crypto's fastest-growing regions. What you'll do: Own and grow a network of professional traders in the UAE, MENA and Europe driving revenue through high-touch, relationship-led acquisition from origination through onboarding and ongoing account management. Design and execute the long-term sales strategy for the UAE, MENA and Europe regions, setting targets for market penetration, volume growth, and client expansion. Lead regional market-entry and expansion efforts, including navigating local regulatory landscapes and adapting Coinbase's derivatives offerings to meet regional compliance requirements and market demands. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams to localize perpetual futures, futures, and options products.
