Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Director of Product Management, where you'll lead and drive the strategic vision, execution, and continuous improvement of Payments product offerings. This pivotal role requires a blend of strategic thinking, team leadership, and hands-on product management expertise. You will work cross-functionally to ensure our products meet market demands, enhance customer experience, and align with our business objectives. This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role. Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap. You will own a portfolio of existing features, partnering directly with customers and cross functional stakeholders to understand what is working, what is not, and where the next opportunity lies. You will dig into voice of customer research, market data, and usage analytics to inform what gets built next, translate that insight into well scoped initiatives and epics, and work closely with engineering and design to bring those ideas to life.
