Customer Satisfaction & Feedback Optimization Own and scale Hexnode’s Voice of Customer (VoC) program, directly connecting customer feedback loops (NPS, CSAT, G2/Capterra reviews, churn analysis) to sprint planning. Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to identify major platform friction points, reducing time-to-value and customer churn.
