About the Role Most businesses have no idea if they're overpaying for their software. They renew on autopilot, negotiate without benchmarks, and discover vendor alternatives only after the contract is already signed. Ramp is uniquely positioned to change that. We see billions of dollars of real-world spend and contract data across thousands of companies, and we're turning it into an intelligence layer that tells businesses exactly what they should be paying, which vendors to consider, and when to act. As PM for Vendor Intelligence & Marketplace, you'll own the product that powers this: our price benchmarking engine, contract analysis (extracting structure and risk from vendor agreements), and the emerging B2B marketplace that connects Ramp's buyer base to the right vendors at the right price. About the Role Ramp's Sales Development organization is the engine of the company's top-of-funnel growth — one of the highest-output SDR teams in the industry, and a function that is expanding rapidly. With large cohorts of new reps joining every quarter and the entire organization now being asked to pitch a multi-product suite across procurement, AP, treasury, and expense personas, the way Ramp enables its SDRs has to change. Until now, enablement has been manager-led, ad hoc, and reactive. That model worked when the product was simpler and the team was smaller. It doesn't scale to a large and growing SDR organization, quarterly cohorts of new hires who are mostly entering their first corporate environment, and a company-wide push to expand how SDRs position Ramp across the full product surface. About the Role The Enterprise CSM, Bill Pay & Procurement Specialist, ensures Ramp’s upmarket customers quickly unlock value from our AP Automation and Procurement products. As part of the Customer Activation team, you’ll guide customers through implementation, configure workflows aligned to their internal processes, and help them operationalize Ramp’s tools to drive efficiency and compliance. In this role, you will help shape Ramp’s Enterprise activation motion for Bill Pay & Procurement and influence the strategy that accelerates customer adoption and business impact. About the Role As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage their procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will improve both the requester and approver experience while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams. Beyond your product vertical, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows our Product and Engineering teams to scale.
