Product Manager, Treasury for Platforms

The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the next generation of XenPlatform. XenPlatform is one of the most complex products in Xendit’s payment processing stack. Your main job will be to set its overall product direction and make sure we can serve marketplaces and platforms across all our regions. Beyond long-term strategy, we need someone who can get into the weeds and break complex problems down for our engineering teams. You’ll bring payments experience, a track record of building global products at scale, and strong commercial judgement, so that what we build covers all our markets and scales sustainably. You’ll have full ownership of your team’s strategy, priorities and outcomes, and the autonomy to define the next phase of XenPlatform. Support Finance transformation programs involving SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA migrations, ERP modernization, process harmonization, and system rationalization. Partner with architecture and engineering teams to design scalable, integrated solutions across Finance ecosystems. Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and recommend technology solutions aligned with long-term enterprise strategy. About the Job We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically-minded Account Manager to own and grow our regional/global enterprise portfolio, based in our Jakarta office, working in a hybrid model. This position is dedicated to our most complex and high-value enterprise clients — primarily cross-border e-commerce leaders, global SaaS platforms, and large-scale financial institutions across Indonesia and the wider APAC region. You’ll join Xendit’s Enterprise Account Management team, working closely with Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Risk leadership. You will not just manage accounts — you will architect growth. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of B2B account management or strategic sales experience in financial services, fintech, or payments.
