About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Development Team Lead to lead a global team of AI specialists responsible for delivering impactful Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization. This role serves as the bridge between business and technology, translating business challenges, customer value opportunities, and operational needs into scalable AI solutions that generate measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership experience, AI expertise, Customer Value Stream knowledge, and enterprise architecture understanding to drive successful AI implementations across multiple business functions and regions. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a global team of AI specialists and technical experts. Gather business requirements and translate them into AI-enabled solutions. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, productivity, and business processes through AI. Drive delivery of AI initiatives, including Generative AI, AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, automation, and analytics solutions. Partner with business leaders and process owners to support Customer Value Stream optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and organizational functions. Torizon is a Linux-based industrial IoT platform that simplifies modern iterative development, maintenance, and operation of distributed edge devices. It is a scalable full-stack DevOps-oriented solution, seamlessly integrating device hardware & software (including a Linux OS), development tools, cloud-based remote updates & fleet management, for high reliability and security applications. Job Description As a Product Marketing Manager - SaaS B2B at Toradex, you will shape how the market understands, values, and adopts our embedded computing and software solutions. You will turn complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated, and commercially compelling product narratives for technical B2B audiences. The ideal candidate combines strong B2B Product Marketing skills with technical curiosity and the ability to build credible narratives for complex products. You do not need to be the deepest technical expert in the room, but you must be able to understand technical products, ask the right questions, and translate technical value into messaging that resonates with developers, engineers, and business decision-makers. A technical degree is a plus, but proven experience marketing technical B2B products is more important. Main Goal This is first and foremost a Product Marketing role, focused on positioning, messaging, product storytelling, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy and execution, in close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and technical stakeholders.
