Role Overview Analyze the coverage and exposure rate of interesting events in highway data; mind highway scenarios and build highway datasets; build dashboard to monitor highway data collection Responsibilities Write Databricks notebooks to mine scenarios, create datasets, and build dashboards Conduct exposure analysis to identity performance issues and data gaps by analyzing large-scale vehicle logs and simulation data Write data analytic reports Required Qualifications Strong proficiency in SQL, PySpark, Python in production environments with standard repo practices Experience working with time-series or sensor data Familiarity with robotics or AV data is a plus Bonus Qualifications ML Robotics Program Requirements Currently enrolled in a B.S. or M.S. program in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience). Role Overview The ASTE team works on autonomy behavioral validation. Responsibilities The triager role is to take on a list of "events" to be triaged, where each event is comprised of an Argus visualization link of hero's behavior (either in real life or in simulation), and there is a set of instructions on what to look for (what is a true issue and what is a false positive issue), and there are instructions on further analysis tools to determine this. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of IAM engineers and analysts responsible for identity governance, access lifecycle management, privileged access management (PAM), and authentication architecture across enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, and hybrid environments. You will bridge strategic vision with technical execution—ensuring seamless user access while maintaining a robust zero-trust security posture and meeting stringent compliance requirements. In This Role, You Will... Strategic Leadership & Governance IAM Strategy: Lead the definition, rollout, and execution of the enterprise IAM roadmap, aligning identity practices with Zero Trust principles and corporate security standards. Governance & Policies: Develop, maintain, and enforce identity policies, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), Least Privilege, and Separation of Duties (SoD). Team Management: Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team of IAM engineers, system integrators, and security analysts. Operational Excellence & Technical Oversight Lifecycle Management: Oversee the Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes to automate provisioning and de-provisioning workflows across on-premises and cloud platforms. Authentication & SSO: Architect and oversee modern authentication standards, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and passwordless technology. The Program Management Office (PMO) at Zoox is responsible for driving cross-functional program planning and execution at the highest level. We partner with leaders across vehicle development, software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and business functions to deliver the major corporate milestones on the path to launch, and beyond. The quality of those decisions depends on how fast the right evidence reaches the right people — and that is what this role builds. As a Tooling contractor in PMO, you will build the internal web tools and dashboards that decisions get made on. Zoox generates an enormous amount of data — fleet and simulation logs, program and issue tracking, operational telemetry, map and route data — but very little of it arrives in a form a leader can act on. You will close that gap: pull from existing sources, model the data properly, and ship tools that answer real business questions, including geospatial tooling that scores and compares candidate service areas to inform where we deploy next. The feedback loop is short. Your users sit in the same building, your tools will show up in program and executive reviews within weeks of shipping, and you will own a piece of the stack end to end rather than work a ticket queue. In this Role, You Will... Build and ship internal web tools and dashboards on top of existing Zoox data sources, owning them from prototype through the version leaders rely on. Start from the decision, not the dataset — work with TPMs and engineering partners to turn a vague business question into a scoped tool, then iterate quickly on their feedback. Design the data layer behind those tools — queries, transformations, and pipelines that keep them current without manual intervention. Zoox is building a full-stack autonomous mobility solution from the ground up. The System Behavior Analysis team is the front line for triage of driving events and software issues from our vehicle fleet and large-scale simulation, turning that data into engineering signal. As the Technical Program Manager for System Behavior Analysis, you will sit in our Platform SW Integration organization and treat triage as a systems and data problem. Triage sits in the middle of a larger loop, from the fleet and simulation through engineering fixes to validation and release. You will partner with software development, software integration, QA, safety, product, vehicle operations and the Program Management Office. In this role, you will: Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to the downstream teams that act on them. Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and regulatory-reportable issues, and use them to flag risks early and give leadership decision-ready updates. You are responsible for balancing performance attributes, cost, quality, and manufacturability while coordinating engineering execution across our internal team and external partners. In this role, you will: Serve as the program and technical lead for the vehicle program across Body (BIW, structures) & Closures (doors, mechanisms, glazing), collaborating with internal engineers and external supplier design teams to ensure cohesive engineering execution. Oversee BOM integrity, approve critical build processes, and drive quality and cost engineering initiatives throughout the supply chain for your major assemblies.
