As Manager, Sensor Integration/Cleaning HW, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring Zoox vehicles can operate safely and reliably in real-world environments. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers designing, integrating, validating, and launching sensor assemblies and sensor cleaning systems that maintain the performance of our autonomy sensors across a wide range of environmental conditions. You will drive your team's engineering solutions and program execution to ensure sensors remain within operational specifications, minimize contamination-related failures, optimize for supply chain and volume manufacturing, improve vehicle availability and serviceability, and support the scalable deployment of Zoox autonomous vehicles. In This Role, You Will Lead, mentor, and grow a team of mechanical, electrical, and systems engineers developing sensor assemblies and sensor cleaning systems for Zoox's autonomous vehicle fleet. Own program delivery for sensor integration and sensor cleaning hardware, from concept through validation, launch, and fleet support. Set technical direction and review key design decisions across mechanical packaging, electrical integration, and system-level architecture for sensor and cleaning subsystems. Partner with sensor performance, perception, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements. Manage program scope, schedule, and resourcing across multiple concurrent sensor integration and cleaning projects. Drive cross-functional design reviews, DFMEA/PFMEA processes, and validation planning to de-risk programs ahead of production. We are hiring a Manager, Fleet Operations Training to own training for the full Fleet Operations workforce. This is not a corporate L&D role focused on leadership workshops. It is an operational training leadership job: you will run the function that certifies Crew to perform safety-critical work and keeps them current as the product, processes, and geographic footprint scale. The scope spans two training surfaces that must run to the same bar: Remote operations: This looks and feels like a high-stakes contact center: nested coaching, certification before live work, quality-driven upskilling, and trainer-to-learner ratios that have to hold as hiring ramps. The Fusion Center Operations team at Zoox ensures our autonomous vehicle completes missions by leveraging real-time remote human context to navigate complex scenarios. We are a multifaceted team responsible for feature product development and structured testing, and we serve as the operational link between the operations and software departments. You will work closely with leaders in the Fleet Operations organization and interact with multiple teams across the company, including TeleGuidance, PMO, User Experience, and Product.
