Position Overview: Our Superintendents are the “boots on the ground”. They are responsible for ensuring that the project progresses according to plan and Owner specifications, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Architects and Owners. They supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers, contractors, sub-contractors and Assistant Superintendents. Role Overview: Our Project Executive oversees the financial and operational success of the building process, working in partnership with Architects, Engineers, and Owners to support the development of the plans. They identify and plan all the moving parts and are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope. The Associate Project Manager will serve as the right hand to our Sales team, ensuring that projects, client requests, and internal processes run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Assist Sales Managers with day-to-day project coordination, administrative tasks, and client communication. Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and update project documentation, presentations, and sales materials. Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support project execution. Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities. Support proposal development, quotes, and contract preparation as needed. Manage data entry and updates in CRM systems to ensure accuracy. Provide follow-up on client requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and preparing agendas. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, sales support, or a similar role. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
