The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations of Hasbro's 2 UK offices and serves as the primary point of contact for workplace and building-related matters. This role works closely with Hasbro employees, the landlord, property management, service providers and internal collaborators to maintain a safe, comfortable, efficient and productive workplace. Description As a Facilities Manager at Hasbro, you will: Manage a team of Facilities Coordinators across two UK sites. Coordinate vendor management for vendors such as cleaning, security, waste disposal, and utilities services. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and coordinate repairs to maintain a productive and safe environment. Manage external contractors and service providers, ensuring they deliver to our high standards. Manage costs, ensuring they align with the approved budget.
