You'll work closely with hiring managers and marketing leadership to build out the team across every function, from product marketing and demand gen to content, brand, and events. You'll own ambitious hiring goals and get deep on our product and the AI infrastructure space, so you can speak credibly to candidates about what we build and why it matters. About the Team The Statsig team is responsible for the experimentation, feature rollout, dynamic configuration, and analytics systems that help OpenAI ship products with speed, safety, and evidence. Teams across ChatGPT, Codex, model measurement, monetization, business subscriptions, developer products, and shared infrastructure rely on Statsig to introduce capabilities safely, measure their impact, and make high-confidence product decisions. About the Role As a Product Lead on the Statsig team, you will define how experimentation, rollout, configuration, and analytics become a simple, reliable, and trusted part of how every OpenAI product team ships. You will set strategy across multiple product and platform workstreams, translate company-wide needs into durable capabilities, and help Statsig become a core part of OpenAI’s product development system. As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in. You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping AI-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
