Position Overview At Eulerity, we are building the future of AI-driven marketing automation — and behind every great hire is a great recruiting process. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-curious intern to support our technical recruiting lifecycle. Manage the Candidate Journey: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process, ensuring every touchpoint is timely, professional, and reflects Eulerity's brand. Support the scheduling of technical screenings and pair-programming interviews, ensuring we have the right interviewer pairings for our tech stack.2 Feedback Collection & Reporting Help aggregate technical assessment scores and interviewer feedback to ensure we are assessing both soft skills and coding competency consistently. Talent Sourcing (Learning Track) Go beyond LinkedIn. Learn to use GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities to source passive engineering candidates.
