The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in facilitating complex, high-touch recruitment processes, serving as a pillar of support for our global talent acquisition efforts. Beyond managing day-to-day coordination, the ideal candidate will operate with a high degree of judgment and nuance, leading complex scheduling logistics, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize our operations. WHAT YOU'LL DO... Own and manage complex interview scheduling process, acting as the central point of coordination for standard, high-volume, and executive-level loops, including multi-location and international panels. Navigate global logistics independently, proactively anticipating and resolving pitfalls such as time-zone mismatches, visa/travel conflicts, or last-minute interviewer no-shows with minimal disruption. Draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork, ensuring absolute accuracy, data privacy compliance within the ATS, and a seamless transition to onboarding. Drive process optimization by partnering with Recruiting Ops, HR, and IT to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements that enhance the candidate experience.
