Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

We're hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us keep hiring at Coder organized and welcoming. You'll keep scheduling running smoothly, generally support our Recruiting Team, and make sure candidates have a great experience throughout the interview process. You'll also help identify improvements that make hiring a better experience for everyone. This position is slated as contract-to-hire, and we’re looking for someone who is able to join us in our Austin office occasionally. What you’ll do here Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews across teams and time zones, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved Thoroughly document interview processes, interviewer roles, and other relevant details to help better prepare candidates and interviewers Proactively identify opportunities to streamline coordination and improve the candidate and hiring team experience Generally support day-to-day recruiting operations What we’re looking for 1+ year(s) of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, administrative support, or another similar role Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle competing priorities Clear and friendly communication, both written and verbal A candidate-first mindset and genuine interest in creating a positive experience for everyone involved in hiring Experience using AI, an Applicant Tracking System (Ashby, Greenhouse, etc.), and standard web-based tools (Google Workspace or similar) Bonus tacos if you have (Tacos?
