OVERVIEW: Play a vital role in Guidepoint’s success. As a Night Shift Associate on the Consulting Client Service team, you will support project delivery by identifying and recruiting the experts best suited to answer consulting clients’ business questions. Working closely with Project Managers, you will source, engage, and recruit new experts for our network of over 2 million Guidepoint Advisors. This Wuxi-based role may be performed remotely and follows a fixed work schedule of 5:00 PM to 2:00 am (17:00-2:00, China Standard Time). As an Associate on the Strategic Research team you will focus on making the right connections between our global clients and local Advisors across numerous industries. Your role will focus on researching industries relevant to client project requests and recruiting elite subject matter experts into our network to ensure the right connection is made.
