As Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will help bring Coder’s regional marketing programs to life. You will execute field and ABM programs that build awareness, support sales, and create pipeline across the European market. You will work closely with a Senior Marketing Manager, sales, partners, and the broader marketing team. You will coordinate events, activate campaigns, and keep programs moving on time and on brand. What you’ll do here Execute regional field marketing plans aligned to global strategy and EMEA priorities. Run virtual and in-person events that people actually remember, from platform engineering roundtables to developer meetups to enterprise field programs. Support lead generation and pipeline goals through strategic programs, clear handoffs, and timely follow-through. Partner with global marketing teams to localize campaign content and messaging for EMEA audiences. Help execute co-branded campaigns and joint event opportunities with strategic alliances, resellers, and channel partners. Partner closely with sales on ABM plays for high-priority accounts, helping turn target account lists into real conversations and pipeline. Coordinate account-specific assets, communications, and campaign touchpoints that support sales outreach and pipeline creation. Support pre-event ABM motions, including target account coordination, personalized outreach support, and follow-up planning. Keep projects organized, timelines moving, and chaos to a minimum across regional campaigns and events. About the Job: We're looking for a Senior EMEA Marketing Manager to lead marketing in the region, in close collaboration with Sales, with field activities and events as the core part of the role. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional B2B marketing programs are built — from tactics through hands-on execution — and who's looking to shape and build the approach rather than run a standard playbook. You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role for the team and business, reporting to the International Marketing Director.
