Coinbase Singapore is building a robust, scalable compliance function in support of our Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory obligations. As Compliance Manager, you will partner with the Singapore CCO and cross-functional stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, and Operations to advance our Capital Markets Services (CMS) licensing program and maintain a compliance framework aligned with MAS expectations. While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation may be required throughout the year at team and company-wide events to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. What You'll Do Drive end-to-end project management for the CMS license application workstream, maintaining action logs, tracking dependencies, escalating blockers, and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. Own preparation of regulatory submissions, governance materials, and supporting documentation for the CMS application, including coordinating responses to MAS follow-up queries. Draft, update, and maintain Singapore-specific compliance policies, procedures, controls descriptions, and governance documentation aligned with MAS requirements and SFA obligations. Strengthen Coinbase Singapore's AML/CFT, sanctions, and regulatory compliance framework in line with applicable MAS rules, notices, and guidelines. Prepare written mat
