About the Role: We are hiring a Graduate or CA Inter-qualified professional with a strong foundation in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for someone looking to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world, fast-moving financial services environment. You will play an active role in maintaining books of accounts, assisting with audits, preparing reports, and supporting financial operations in a broking environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and ledger reconciliations. Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of trial balances. Banking & Reconciliations: Handle daily bank reconciliations and monitor fund flows. Reconcile intercompany and client accounts periodically. Track outstanding balances and coordinate for settlements. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS workings, and other tax compliances. Work on preparation and filing of ROC and SEBI-related documents under guidance. Coordinate with consultants/auditors for monthly and annual audits. MIS & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense trackers. Assist senior finance team in budgeting and variance analysis. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting activities. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate or Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) Prior experience in a CA firm Hands-on experience with Tally Prime Good working knowledge of TDS, GST, and statutory/compliance filings Exposure to accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team. The role involves assisting senior team members in managing client/stakeholder interactions, documenting key insights, and ensuring smooth information flow across internal and external stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business development environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to senior team members and work closely with them on ongoing tasks. Analyze documents/comprehensions to extract key insights and translate them into actionable to-dos. Attend business development meetings, capture detailed notes, prepare structured documentation, and share concise summaries with the broader team. Coordinate and maintain communication with brokers across APAC, EMEA regions, and other external partners. Organize and streamline the flow of information between third-party stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Requirements Strong analytical and comprehension skills - ability to break down information into actionable points. Prior HFT experience is a plus Experience in dealing with exchanges/ AWS is a plus Excellent communication and documentation skills (both written and verbal). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort in interacting with global stakeholders and handling professional correspondence. Suggest and implement ways to improve processes to help workflow efficiency. Develop plans and help manage events such as team building off-sites, workshops and board meetings.
