You’ll act as the primary bridge between borrowers, realtors, and our internal operations team, ensuring every file is structured for success from day one. The role: As a Home Loan Member Advocate III working in a mortgage environment, you will perform multiple duties while in this role which include Retention, Loan Restructure, and Customer Service efforts.
