We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to play a pivotal role in building and accelerating Veriforce's pipeline growth. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for an experienced outbound professional who thrives on creating opportunities, engaging prospects, and driving meaningful sales conversations. You'll own the front end of the sales process, identifying and engaging target accounts, building relationships with stakeholders across HSE, Procurement, and Operations, and creating qualified opportunities for the Sales team. This is an opportunity to sell solutions that help organizations operating in high-hazard industries improve contractor management, safety, and compliance outcomes. Drive proactive outbound prospecting through confident cold calling and highly personalized multi-touch outreach. Research, segment, prioritize, and develop target accounts and territories. Engage HSE, Procurement, and Operations stakeholders, qualify interest, and book discovery calls. Identify ideal customer profiles and personas and use relevant signals to tailor messaging. Maintain clean, accurate, and current records in Salesforce and ensure consistent follow-up. Consistently deliver well-qualified, well-documented discovery calls to the Sales team. Comfortably use AI tools to enhance prospecting and outreach. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, events, account follow-up, and pipeline-building activities.
