About the Role Synthesia is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to help our sales organization run efficiently, scale smoothly, and make faster, better-informed decisions. You'll own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market motion partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to keep the engine running and to surface the insights leadership needs to forecast and plan. This is a hands-on role for someone who's equally comfortable deep in Salesforce configuration as they are building a forecast model or presenting a pipeline analysis to sales leadership. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Revenue Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, exceptional analytical abilities, and a keen attention to detail. This role will be responsible for managing a book of business and addressing internal and external concerns via email and Zendesk. Partnering with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success, Revenue and Sales, you will assist in resolving Billing disputes.
