The role will focus on hiring for the Go-To-Market roles (sales, presales, CX) across the region. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence hiring strategy in a fast-growing, highly competitive environment. In this role, you will: Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to business leaders, developing and executing hiring strategies aligned to business priorities. Own end-to-end recruiting process, including intake alignment, sourcing strategy, screening, interview panel design, decision-making, offer strategy, and onboarding alignment. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, advising them on market trends, talent availability, and hiring trade-offs.
