Seasonal 24 Hour Supervisor

The role In this role, you’ll be the face of the store, welcoming customers and providing a fun, engaging shopping experience. You’ll use your product knowledge to offer personalized recommendations, perform product demonstrations and on skin demos as well as hosting parties and bath bomb workshops. Working closely with your team, you’ll help drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events that keep customers coming back. With flexible shifts, a competitive hourly rate based on the Living Wage, and opportunities for bonuses, you’ll be well-supported through training and development to grow your skills. This role is a fast paced, communication based role- it requires constant connection with the public, in a busy shop with music playing and games going on around you. It is a target based and competitive role, involving consistent feedback from management. Stock Assistants work at the forefront of our business & ensure our products are fresh, and that we are maintaining our visual merchandising and cleanliness standards. We need you to be passionate, motivated and enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products. You need to be an excellent team player who is ready to hit the ground running to ensure our stock levels are maintained during our busiest time of the year. * You MUST be able to lift during your shifts with us this will include working Deliveries which involves a lot of heavy lifting and manouvering so if you are unable to do this then this is not the job for you* You'll support with processing deliveries, and keeping an eye on stock rotation so to reduce waste management. With in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you will be a Lush Ambassador representing our ethics and values to our customers, and play a crucial part in ensuring the ultimate experience for our guests, and offering the best customer service on the high street, at our busiest time of the year.
