Position Overview: Freddie Mac Multifamily Loan Servicing seeks a Servicing Efficiency & Transformation (SET) Associate to drive operational excellence, automation, data analytics, and platform initiatives. This role connects business operations with technology to modernize servicing processes, reduce risk, enhance reporting, and improve efficiency. Our Impact: The SET team supports core servicing functions for active Multifamily loans and securities, focusing on automation, analytics, system implementation, process redesign, vendor coordination, and business intelligence.
