You’ll work with security, technology, risk, architecture, and business teams to deliver structured threat and risk assessments that support informed decision-making and effective security controls. This is an opportunity to work on complex cybersecurity challenges within financial services, helping clients understand their threat landscape, identify vulnerabilities and control gaps, and strengthen their overall security and technology risk posture. The engagement is expected to run for one year and requires relocation to the Middle East for its duration . You will collaborate with client and project teams to deliver the agreed data engineering scope and project outcomes. Operational Resilience & Cyber Risk Consultant - all levels Location: Glasgow & Edinburgh (Hybrid) | Practice Area : Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation, Finance Transformation | Type: Permanent Build resilience where it matters most: cyber, tech, and third-party risk The Role Capco is seeking Operational Resilience and Cyber Risk professionals to join our growing FRRF capability. You’ll work across the financial services and energy sectors, advising clients on regulatory expectations like PRA and DORA, designing robust resilience frameworks, and implementing controls to close exposure gaps. This is a great opportunity to deliver mission-critical change and support high-value transformation programmes. What You’ll Do Deliver operational resilience assessments, scenario testing, and control implementations Support regulatory readiness across PRA, DORA, and other frameworks Evaluate cyber posture, third-party exposure, and vendor resilience Define and implement governance models, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms Guide tooling implementation and support cyber/tech resilience transformations What We’re Looking For Experience in operational resilience, cyber risk, and third-party risk across FS or Energy sectors Practical knowledge of IBS/ITOL calibration, scenario testing, and process mapping Ability to analyse and implement regulatory change and control remediation Strong collaboration skills to lead multi-disciplinary discussions across the business Clarity in communication, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels Bonus Points For Experience leading complex, multi-stream resilience or cyber transformation projects Background in cloud security assessments or cyber tooling implementation Familiarity with vendor risk assessments, remediation, and third-party governance Exposure to regulatory change projects and resilience reporting frameworks For senior candidates: mentoring, people management, and proposition development Why Join Capco Delive
