The Challenge We are looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead the technical strategy behind our most complex AI and data governance opportunities. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design how they govern AI and data in practice, not just in policy. You will lead high-impact deals, influence executive stakeholders, and help position OneTrust as a leader in AI governance. At the same time, you will help raise the level of the entire Solutions Engineering organisation by building repeatable approaches that scale beyond our own deals. MongoDB Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. Our team is made up of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations.
